The utensils were not adequately clean upon arrival!!! Also, two dishwashing tablets for a five-day stay feels puny. A little communication about unexpected city tax fees would help guests prepare better!!!

Spacious apartment by the lake
Our stay was filled with wonderful moments, cooking meals together and enjoying the view. The apartment was spacious and made for precious family gatherings.
Finding the room after dark was a challenge, especially in the snow. There was no staff to assist us, which made our arrival stressful.
